Which intake is better Volant, AirAid, K&N?? i want intake for my 5.7 Tundra and want the best and you hear better.

It actually didn't make that much of a difference!!!! My dads tundra work truck is the normal 4.7 I think it is and since it's not his truck we get on it all the time and that's what it normally sounds like. The new tundras are pretty badass stock just sayin. But the volant intake should be put on every vehicle you get, in my opinion anyway.

Anyone have any links or suggestions or installed on a 4.7L?

Im putin this in my 1998 camaro

@QuadTap you will really only hear the cold air intake when you get on the gas, when you drive normal you shouldnt hear the intake

Do these intakes make a lot more noise even at crusing speeds? i'm worried it would be too loud on long trips down the interstate... i like the sounds just for around town/ short trips though... thinking about going Volant+Magnaflow

no thats how the trucks intake is

adding just an air intake does wonder's for the sound.. you dont have
to do a full exhaust job to get a cool sound, i installed just a short ram
intake on a 98 accord coupe 4 cyl and it made the car growl quite nice.
I currently have an 03 Accord 4 cyl 5 spd, been thinking of ordering
a cold air intake for it, looked at the Volant brand today and they seem
to work pretty good. Did you relocate your filter box? Or does this truck
just have a short ram intake?

They make one just not listed, it's called hose clamp and step up or down tubing, air filters aren't a car specific device, but you can buy them pre-fitted for your car so it makes it easier to install.
