@hcig I'm actually kind of glad rollerblading is not mainstream anymore. Now, the sport is limited to the dedicated few. Plus there aren't so many of us, so bystanders don't think we're next-gen douchebags.

@TenaciousBaller your right about it being more tech but ive also seen skateboarding taken to the extreme. its harder to take skateboarding down huge shit. I also question how much skating youve done.

The technical side of skateboarding is far more difficult then in rollerblading. I do both myself. But, because there are so few limitations on what you can and can't do on blades, the sport is more complex and dangerous. Bladers take everything into the extreme, whether its spins, the height of their jumps, or rediculously technical grinds. Overall, Id say that blading is a little bit tougher...and harder on the body.
