chefs do wash their hands VERY often, how often do they change gloves??? Do they change them every time they thouch a different food?? say raw chicken and then salad??? What I am trying to say is that  a VERY well cleaned hand is much healthier than any glove you may have on

My friends and I ate here the other night. EVERYTHING we got was AWESOME. Seriously, delicious :) We got Chicken and Dumplings, Blackened Chicken Dinner, Country Fried Steak and the Cajun Meatloaf. We were in heaven Yummy noises all around.
