Mental Health Service user involvement, Butabika video 1

There is an established link and staff exchange programme between the East London Foundation Trust, and the Butabika hospital in Uganda.

As an extension of the existing programme, in September 2008 mental health service users and providers from the East London Foundation Trust visited a mental health service in Uganda. During their visit they met with their Ugandan counterparts with the aim of gaining mutual insights into mental health service users' experiences in both countries.

With the aim of recording this exciting project and maximising the learning documentary film footage was produced for educational purposes in collaboration with the School of Community and Health Sciences, City University.
