Jema2609 has a good idea I like to call 'Plan B'. A can of gasoline (with a letter B written on the side) and a lighter. Just kidding. How much would a house like that go for? In the States, owning a home is SO much less than even rent on an apartment. Is that the same case in Japan?

@jlandkev Until all those RingU & Grudge films came out, I was not frightened of ghost, but that classic white face, big sunken black eyes Japanese ghost face style creeps the hell outa me to this day...and that damn aaaaaaaaaggggghhhh sounds of the drowning girls man, give me goose bumps as I type.
