I wish that I was in China so we could have hung out, but I was not. :( But I do really want to travel to China one day. I am interested in Asian countries. :)

I used to live in NY actually as well as most of my friends. As for your dilemma, I know a lot of Asian guys who dated Jewish girls and most my friends growing up were Jewish girls which might be why I have girlish mannerisms and speech patterns. And while Jewish Asian guys are quite rare I think it could definitely happen. Or at least you could convert him. Sorry about the family thing. Families can really make things complicated. That's why orphanages rock! Like Annie.
