  • Just trawling through on a casual basis so i don't have precise information to hand. There is a German company that makes fry pans with a solid centimetre of highly conductive alloy as the bottom and comes with a lid. Very energy efficient and no oil required. I keep one at my summer place on the Adriatic sea. I have done chicken legs, pork chops etc for many friends and guests using this utensil and all have been impressed with the results. The chicken legs being particularly delicious.

  • It looks good. Where do i buy the "All Purpose Glaze" from?

  • @TheJeavovich also try it on a griddle and use a fine mist sprayer to spray it

  • @210482fmj hi there!!! thanks for the idea. i did it with porkchop and it's great! my hubby kid, and my father really love it!!! now they can eat pork without adding oil, except for it's natural oil... actually it's better than frying it with oil, it's more tender and tastier. Thanks again! :)

  • @TheJeavovich just water but not massive amounts just several spoon fulls on cast iron pan and a little soy sauce

  • @210482fmj you said you used water instead of oil, but the chicken will stick on the pan, without oil, am I right? or maybe youre using a non stick pan? sorry, just curious coz I also want to eat less oil food.

  • no wonder so many dislikes , it look like dog food.

  • you can cook chicken in water in cast iron pans. YOu only need a small amount and i tried it and couldn not tell the difference between water and using oil. In fact water produced more tend chicken. DO not mistake this technique with boiling its totally different. the water evaporates quickly. heath the pan up super hot then add little hot water from a kettle. it tasted better than oil cooked chicken. Try my technique and be amazed by oil free cooking

  • This recipe is awsome!!!!!!!!
