@stevenplol He *can't* anymore, remember? The Predator's cloak function is controlled by his wristcomp-- just before this scene, Harrigan (the black guy here) cut the wristcomp in half (and cleaved the Predator's arm off) with its own smartdisc; he was trying to stop the countdown timer on the Predator's self-destruct device, which is built into the wristcomp. Bye-bye wristcomp, bye-bye self-destruct-- but also, bye-bye cloaking device.

I just love how goofy/out of character the predator looks running down the hall not giving two shits about the old lady. Then topped off with some hilarious dialog = comedic gold.
