Ok, here are the directions
kill yourself at the top of the stairs, and just stay down and die. You must do this.
Then you sprint jump and go prone in mid air, you will know if you are in the glitch if it says "can't crouch here"
beware because this doesn't protect you from dogs, and you obviously need at least 2 people to do this glitch!
Glitch Tip 1: During the Hellhound rounds, get your friends to surround you and protect you and you can revive them easily if they go down
Glitch Tip 2 When you first respawn, go grab a gun from the mystery box, or if you already got the teddy bear, grab a thompson and a trench gun.
Glitch Tip 3 Don't use a ray gun! it'll bounce the zombies out of the barrior!
Glitch Tip 4 If you run out of ammo, just wait it out, the zombies will eventually die.
