Great speaker as well as writer. His book is definitive on the scope of meditation it covers, and it's a damn short book.

@TomzzHaccer No but they skew and twist the thoughts that are mine into something they aren't. I take greater delight in reaching a state of awareness or having moment of eureka through raw critical thinking. Reasoning and logic are my drugs, best to chase it down with a swig of education though.
