Notice how these companies spend most time criticizing their opponents' "strategies / products / services" instead of explaining theirs. To me , that's a sign of weakness.

More relevant today in an era where ticket counter agents would rather show you how to use a self-check-in kiosk than simply check you in for your flight.

While Alaska Airlines has good service I'm sure, what I find ironic is that I understand Anchorage has a state of the art kiosk that does more with baggage, hopefully does not pull pants off people...

I'm afraid that with the way that second chap was treated, the Alaska Airlines people demonstrated an absolutely MIND-BLOWING prescience when it comes to air travel.

IntermittentSprocket: Yeah, I remember that too! It was a very obvious product placement there, because I think Alaska Airlines is in the "thank you" section of the credits at the end.
