  • He got a raw deal. They did him when a white man would have gotten less. Why is it companies like Walmart, some stores make 1 million a week, get to defer their taxes and average Joe has to pay it in full. I know taxes are necessary to build things like roads, but with such misappropriations why are we paying so much. So thieves like Rick Perry, governor of Texas, can take trips and visit spas. We are being cheated.

  • IRS claiming a roof I HAD to replace (old one was rotting) is a "decoration" and it's not tax deductible. FUCK THE IRS. Fuck how they audit random ppl and make life even more shitty. I'll say it again, FUCK THE IRS.

  • wow snipes is one cool dude.. can you believe he has to do jail time over money he earned?

  • Blade blade blade blade! IRS = Illegally Raping the States

  • @lachasse

they didn't arrest him or they do not directly arrest you for not paying taxes but they arrest you for a complimentary reason or another reason then word it in a way in the papers or after to make it seem like that is the reason. Well it is, you didn't pay so you where punished but you not legally on that exact reason or law. Its funny. Others then become afraid and comply.

  • No law in the IRS Code states individuals must pay income tax exists. Labor (like acting, cleaning toilets, etc.) by individuals is personal property and may not be taxed. Income tax on labor is allegedly the 16 Amendment, but was never Ratified. People have been found innocent of income tax evasion for this reason. An Honest Judge, knowledgeable jury, and decent lawyer will find you innocent. You'll rarely if ever see this on the controlled mass media. God Bless Snipes for trying.

  • No its not the IRS, it is the government. The IRS collects for the government. Although we all know that sometimes their actions or words are not acceptable. but they they think they can get away with it. Why can we sued the IRS if they have done worng & has made errror.s why does the Government allow the IRs to make alot of mistakes & they get away with it. why are judges or Prosecutors side the Governement in fear of Audit ? The US American people should have Rights to sue the government.

The Internal Revenue Service is part of the Department of the Treasury.

“The [IRS] is an agency of the United States Department of the Treasury. Secs. 7801(a), 7803. Section 7801 provides that “the administration and enforcement of this title shall be performed by or under the supervision of the Secretary of the Treasury.” Section 7803(a) provides for the appointment of a Commissioner of Internal Revenue under the Department of the Treasury."
