Thanks a lot for this vid. All of these misinformed statements I have heard myself from various doctors. Especially when they test you without even asking if you have been consuming gluten.

Amazing, this video and all others. Eight years later and I'm finally diagnosed via blood test and biopsy and my family physician still doesn't see it as being an issue. Let's hope the health care system evolves a little faster toward fixing problems with diet instead of finding a pill to help people consume things they know are bad for them. Thanks for your knowledge sharing! :)
