Good job for not using ready made powder concoction like mama Sita. Real cooks cook from the heart. @TheGem071986 Magka-iba ang ginagamit na noodles sa P. Palabok at iba rin ang gamit sa P. Malabon. Mag-kaiba rin ang mga sahog at paraan ng pag-luto sa dalawang masarap na klase ng pansit.

@TheGem, I am from the province of RIzal and this dish is really called pancit malabon, it is dried compare to pantict palabok that is sold at Jollibee... Do a little reasearch before you make such comment.
