Strong shoulders help in daily activities and playing sports. This simple exercise uses a resistance band to improve shoulder joint stability and avoid shoulder injuries. Do this exercise at home or in the gym, as a part of your fitness routine or after a warm-up to help you remain injury-free. This is a 15 rep set exercise demonstration.   • these exercise are for people that have healthy Rotators, we send better ideas for older and injured athletes. Ones that have stiffness and have been training a long time. I see the boys with no muscle or athleticism doing fancy exercises. No are all novices.... with no experiences.
