Released on the Internet June 3rd 2011, This is the start of the official marketing Campaign for The Dark Knight Rises. Along with a burning building and fire in the streets, the clips reveal that criminals from Arkham Asylum have escaped.
The four clips include "Oubreak" "GCN" "419" and "424"

1: If you notice the man of the news is the same actor that appears interviewing the mayor when he says that the police is closing in on the batman (in the dark knight).

Not a fake, this was released at the same time of the twitter viral campaign, and is under the same name as the twitter account so I would assume under that evidence that this is authentic, and also some of the footage depicts scenes that have been either leaked from set videos or actual footage such as the prisoners in arkham.

@TonyAKA30 Trust me, this isn't fake. This was released on youtube months ago long before the teaser trailer as part of a viral marketing campaign for the movie.Notice the chanting? and all the criminals being released?
