We did the knotts by hand...We separated the hair and then knotted the hair and pulled it to the root...pushing all the knotts down...just kept doing that until it was all knotted up

yo did you use rubberbands? what all did you use to make them lock?

Yea, We used rubberbands...and I used pepalock and the rest was knotted by hand

@belakeugnirez i'm pretty sure he did the rip and twist method. you keep A LOT more length that way and it looks better right afterwards. but the dreads won't be quite as "plump" vs the back combing method.

Geaux Tigas!..I'm about to dread my hair and even though i have family in baton rouge i wont be there anytime soon cuz i live in alabama so i was wondering... what method did you use because your dreads are the best looking ones i've seen right after they've been done so i'd like to do mine the same way..I know you said by hand but what does that actually mean?
