Oh, and don't lock your elbows when you go all the way up. Trust me, that'll add sooooo much to your work out.

Give this a go:
feet together, triangle, 3 sets of 20.
If that's not enough then:
feet together on a chair, triangle on a basketball, 3 sets of max reps.
Targets triceps whilst teaching the body correct form and tension for a perfect one arm push up.
