2007 Mustang V6 true dual exhaust cold start and rev

My mustang has true dual exhaust 2.5'' pipes and a Custom H pipe going into cherry bomb extreme single chamber mufflers with 4'' tips. I dont like the sound at all Im trying to decide if I want to go with Flowmaster Super 44's, Pypes Violators, or Borla XR-1 Racing mufflers. If anyone has any suggestion let me know.

i'd say go with the violators. keep in mind, you have a v6, so it's harder to make it sound good.

If you want to do the borlas x-r1 but don't want to spend the money..I would suggest doing the pypes m-80 mufflers...honestly if you don't like that raspyness of the cherry bombs weld in the pypes m-80 just before the rear axle and it will smooth it out and give it a deeper tone

shit man, I love this design, I wish they kept the rear of the 2011 just the same. I hope they bring back this design, because I don't like it when muscle cars get downsized

I'm having FM Super 10 Series put on my 3.8 latter this morning. I have divorced duals w/FM 40's right now. I am going to post the single chamber mufflers on youtube tomorrow to compare them to the vid of the 40's on there now.

@svcballa34 it's not often that headers wont help, but in your case, yes they'd be worth it. an x-pipe wouldn't not help either, as it keeps both sides of the engine running equally. high flow cats aren't a bad idea, just make sure you get good quality ones like magnaflows
