Does what it says on the tin! I know this is poor compared to other videos but I just have the will, not the skill!
A note on the title: the reason I picked "Shit skinny girls say" as opposed to just saying people or something generic like that is because the videos I am emulating are titled the same way, they use specific opposites. It's tongue in cheek and I absolutely do not have anything against skinny girls, or anyone who is of a different body shape to me!

I know exactly where you are coming from! I'm fat, and guess what? I own it! I barely eat junk food and I exerise everyday and I still am. It's just a fact for life. I'm the biggest I've ever been right now but I go to exercise classes and recently completed a trek in Iceland and I eat well, so I'm also the healthiest I've been in a long time. If I reduced my calories and upped my exercise I could lose weight...but why bother, when I know I'm already fitter than most of my friends?!
