Fallout 3: Flying over Citadel wall for early Power Armor

This video demonstrates how the glitched physics can be used to get the Power Armor perk right after leaving Vault 101.

In order to fly up the wall you have to stand on an item an do a combination of jump + grab on it... this way you jump in the air and take the item up with you so you can jump off it... for this to work the jump command always has to come before the grab command.
For this purpose I mapped grab to the left mouse button and jump to the right mouse button ... that makes it easier to hit the commands fast and in the right order ... two keyboard buttons next to each other should work too I suppose

While in the air keep doing jump + grab combos... try to find the correct frequency ... it seems to work best when you press jump+grab exactly when you land on the item ... doing the combos too fast or too slow does not seem to work well.
Moreover it seems to help when you don't looks straigt down ... works a bit better when you keep looking at the item... which usually is a bit infront of you

The trick should work with pretty much any item ... Suits seem to be easier though .. they are rather big and somewhat round... at least compared to rifles for example

Once you are in the Citadel you can get the Power Armor training... to get out of the Citadel you have to use Fast Travel

I use a 5mm or 308 rounds. Try getting to the top of tenpenny tower.
