If your father has an administrator accont tha he keeps using to disable you, when you go into your safe mode as system administrator, demote him to guest/limited user. This disables him from admin rights.

This only works for windows xp home edition...professional has higher security and It does not have an extra admin account in safe mode so if u have professional ur screwed :D

safemode doesn't always work when you try to install things such as games. Create a new account in safe mode by going to control panel->user accounts->create new account. Make sure you set it to administrator. Then restart your computer and log into that account. You should be able to see all your files as long as they're not on your desktop. Try installing the game from there. Good luck!
