Traditional tunes arrangement by Donal Lunny (The Spike Island Lassies, Over The Moor to Maggie).
These clips are the only visual recording (April 1985) of the once formed Celtic Orchestra (or an tOircheilteach) which group was set up by Donal Lunny. There were many other members of the group which joined subsequently. The group disbanded the following year. Cormac Breatnach features sitting in front row on left hand side.

Left handed piper is the famous pipemaker Kevin Thompson, Bill Whelan on Keyboards who wrote Riverdance, also Declan Masterson on pipes and I think Phillip King on guitar.

Fabulous lineup! Who is the bodhran player who looks like he's having a great deal of craic and playing on the inside of his drum? Frankie Kennedy? Mel Mercier? Anyone know?
