Well that's a first for me. I would've thought that minnows, bloodworms or goldfish, etc. would do to feed a fish.
That's alot of extra work for it's digestive system, no?

Hmmm. I think feeding a puffer fish a mouse is a bit weird. They eat pretty much ANYTHING. Doesn't really have to be a live mouse, in fact, I think it would be more healthy for it to eat fish, or something from it's natural habitat. I'm not one of those people who is squeemish about this (I have snake that eat mice). But there is really no reason to feed this kind of fish a live mouse.
