(Update 8.8.2011) 1080i is working better & I have the PVR Hard Drive connected to a computer, The video files are SLC file format.
Closer look at the Optik TV PVR 320GB HDD & Optik High Speed Internet modem/N wireless router.

what does it mean if the wifi protected setup light is red on the modem/ router?

@xBossBassix The WPS button activates WPS (wifi protected setup) Press and hold the WPS button until the red light turns on. Then, within two minutes or until the red light turns off. Press the WPS button on a device you wish to connect to the router’s wireless network. The device will automatically join the router’s wireless network with out entering the wireless network key. If your device doesn't have a WPS button, Your wireless network key is on the bottom of your Actiontec Router.

this thing keep on frozen randomly a lot internet and the tv loses connection, and the devices get quite hot.

@ramfery23 freezing randomly, The TV? My FireFox Internet browser was freezing randomly so i just downgraded to v3.6.14. I think it had something to do with Adobe Flash. Now that I downgraded to FireFox v3.6.14 there is no more freezing. If it is your TV box freezing randomly wrap it up in a nice warm towel to stop it from freezing. I'm kidding! That only worked for my xBox 360.
