@tomanu7 If you are physically capable and can move both of your feet and have the muscles in your legs to support your legs then yes!!! It is not easy at first but with practice it gets easier. We do have a full Gliding DVD available at our website, see the link

wat are some shoes that u recommend using cuz the ones i wear have alot of grip and i cant move cuz they "stick" to the floor

@tmntfreak14 if there is a lot of friction (hard to slide) Keep your foot slightly hovered above the floor and this will give the illusion of the glide and will also allow you to glide on any surface.

Hey there Rob I have the vol 1 dvd for beginners and it is very layed out with your intsruction. Glad the gliding is on there, my boy will love this too! Very good set man. Also what is the track on the home screen that plays? Sounds well cool! Very good stuff, fairplay!
