great video, except for at the beginning where you said good vs evil. i find both sides were just as evil.

It's hard to represent a concept like tragedy in a way that resonates with a wide audience. I saw the pictures here, and some were quite tragic. Others, however, are more interesting because I could relate to some of the faces of the soldiers, and almost imagine myself in those situations. I'm not sure if that's what you had in mind, but thank you anyway.

I split the photos into five catagories
0:46-1:10: Outbreak (The Invasion of Poland, the Fall of France, Pearl Harbor, Force Z)
1:10-1:46: Dark Times (Barbarossa, The Holocaust, Japanese Internment, Battan, Corregador, the Denmark Strait, Hong Kong, Narvik)
1:47-2:09: Turning Point (El Alamein, Stalingrad, Midway, Kursk, Torch, D-Day)
2:09-2:51: Counterattack (Resistence, Pelleiu, Tarawa, the Bulge, Savo Island, Aachen, Monte Cassino)
2:51-3:10: Victory (Berlin, Iwo Jima, Okinawa)
