Obama: Doesn't want war but its already started, ends it in <4...during a financial crisis which he turned around.  Lets go with guy number 2 considering Romney is essentially the 3rd Bush in line.

Yes..he made the choice as a President...to go in and find him. However..he should not be exploiting this maneuver for a political campaign promotion. Ill give him the credit for MAKING A DECISION..but using this as a personal tactic to re-elected...no.
