When Bourque lifts the cup, that's the best announcing I've ever heard from Mike Haynes. I love Sakic and Bourque and the rest of the Avs, but to be honest I have no idea how Mike Haynes ever managed to get paid to do what he does. Worst announcer in the NHL. Listen to Kevin Quinn for the Oilers or Joe Beninati for the Caps and for Versus. Then listen to Haynes. Those guys call every detail of the play by play - Haynes vocab consists of "shot," "save," or "score."

I watched a Avs-Wings game and this guy is the biggest homer I've ever heard. When Colorado scored it sounded like Jesus himself had come. When Detroit scored you could hear a sob in his voice XD
