Janaab Hassan Latif never allowed himself to compose music for rubish lyrics or caved in for the trends of the time. He always was a perfectionist who tried his level best to give the sounds and voice of singer to the lyrics and not the contrary. Madam Noor Jahan some times cried because his rehersals and repeatings were too much for her. But she always admired his creativity and acknowlaged him being true and just to spirit of the lyrics.
