金澤政幸以KONO手沖組手沖咖啡,
經過緩慢注水所沖出的咖啡液,再加入2倍左右的水,調節濃度。

  • 最近都在學這位日本老兇手沖的方式XD 不過它是以這種方式萃取濃度較高的咖啡液

    我呢則是粹取成比平常喝的濃度稍微高一些些 原因是我沒有他那種手把形狀的鶴嘴壺

    無法100%學到他的方式....這樣雖然萃取時間拉長了 有些玩家認為這樣不好有些則認為

    某種需求下可以這樣萃取~~~~我呢卻覺得這樣可以隨時脆取道我­想要的濃度 不管是要做成冰釀 還是一般喝法都實用!!
