  • @StacksNyc80 I don't think that was his point. Its not so much that needs to be better than other countries, it's that America, with it's enormous national budget, is squandering it's potential. Americans need to realize that people in Science and Engineering are responsible for most of the innovations we have today from the iPhone to Antibiotics, to this laptop I typing on. With a defense budget that's 14 percent of our total spendingwe need to figure out what really takes priority

  • Incredible, he explains things so well!!

  • It seems he's really considered with "us" and "winning"..us being the U.S. and winning referring to umm being first, at everything I suppose....I think he's some sort of genius, I don't wanna start a fight, I guess that I'm just not patriotic enough, but us/we, is everyone, being as intelligent as he is I'm sure that he knows that so much better than I do...I don't know, I'm just a confused nyc hs dropout, don't mind me....peace

  • the picture of saturn at the end of this segment is amazing.

  • how about more science and less ranting

  • The decline of America in the last 10 years is because of 9/11 & Religious Zealots WARS! These modern day crusades will cause WWIII as Israel and Iran prepare for WAR! America needs to end the influence of false religions and the lies their clergy spout, they are just hiding political talk as religious ideals which are absolutely irrational and harm humanity more than they heal with their prayers to a nonexistent god!

  • oh canada :(

  • I was writing about how Gingrich's moon base idea isn't so far fetched exactly, when I cam across this in my research, excellent points, we are almost reflexively anti-science now in our culture. in-support-of-gingrichs-moonbase
