  • Sodium in foods is good, naturally. But all animals, including humans, have ALWAYS eaten salt. NATURAL salt, of course: unrefined (leaving in natural minerals), not heat treated (which affects the structure of the salt), & without additives like 'anti-caking agents'. As the video says - natural sea salt or natural rock salt'. Seems the commerical kind does not function as well in the body, which may lead to salt craving. Listen to your body.

  • @angelbe88 - Follow YOUR own instincts/beliefs for your life! But some cultures have been depending on milk & milk based foods (kefir, yogurt, cheese, etc) from cows, mares, ewes, goat does, and/or camels cows for thousands of years - but this may not be right for you. Ditto re meat. Of course, these people lived closer & in more harmony w/the planet. Their food, water, & animals (and air) were free of synthetic chemicals. Namaste

  • Is the one u r talking about Geoff Lawton & Perm... Soil Science? That's a good one, but it's short & falls short of "everything one needs to know". Plz lemme know which one(s). I'd suggest vids by Sepp Holzer as well. Thx for your suggestion.

  • yes, salt is important, but what I believe we are after is natural sodium such as what is found in celery, tomatoes.

  • @reforest4fertility

Yes, permaculture is the way. Geoff Lawton just put a recent vid here on you tube teaching everything one needs to know. I have it saved under my favorites, but you could probably find it just by looking up his name.

  • There is nothing anyone can say that would convince me cows milk is good for a human body. Even if it's the purest milk in the world it still contains a high amount of hormones that are designed to grow a baby calf into an adult cow. Way too much for the human body especially if someone is dealing with cancer, particularly of the breast and prostrate. Drinking milk is also fairly new in human history. It's best to stick to a plant based diet with a little organic meat if you must.

  • @Squabbles10 What he speaks of food curing it is being studied in depth & proven by science, see Ted Talks here on YT with William Li on the topic of Angiogenesis. Whe he speaks about the food looking to what body part, like walnuts w/brain, carrots look like an iris of an eye, figs w/ testicle ... this is known as "Signatures".

  • he talks here about milk, eggs, meat, Celtic salt as the #4 most important nutrient for are body,

  • Why do you have to read those people not to be "dirty in their expressions" . Aussies would find that really pretentious

  • All your talk about money, Your brain is washed from past spiritual mumbo jumbo. MOney is just an exchange. IS he not doing this for free that you are watching...HE has to eat and travel and needs money to make books....thre is NOTHING wrong with having.. The problem is with you NOT having. IF you do not want to pay for naything he has to offer in knowledge.. simple.. then don't research for yourself.. easy!
