This is the secret dashcam video that the Oklahoma Highway Patrol claimed exonerates them -- it doesnt.
The assault OHP claimed justified Trooper Daniel Martin's aggression against the Paramedics takes place at 13:58:40 when the trooper lunges at the paramedics.
This video was released two weeks after the cellphone video became viral, when numerous candidates for governor called the Department of Public Safety's bluff. Up to that point DPS smugly claimed their classified video trumped the cellphone video and all the witness statements, and everyone was expected to take the officers word of honor.
The numerous gaps in the audio and video defects of this analog tape may be evidence of tampering.
OHP has a history of releasing dashcam video with "defects" and evidence of editing when it may be critical of the OHP: http://www.tulsaworld.com/news/article.aspx?subjectid=11&articleid=070916...
After OHP lied to media about Trooper Martin's paid suspension, he was tracked down at his residence where he alluded to anger problems following his return form Iraq.

In another interview, he told witnesses he was prepared to draw his revolver and use deadly force against the paramedics.

The Oklahoma Open Records Act previously included dashcam video, but at the prodding of police unions the law was quietly amended in 2005 to make secret a number of records that had been public, including information about use of force by state troopers, searches, lawsuits and legal actions involving the DPS, and dashcam video.
(OKLA. STAT. tit. 51, § 24A.3(1)(h)(1-3) (effective Nov. 1, 2005)

Apparently the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety became angry at court rulings to turn over data that would have established trends in police abuse, and convinced a former cop-turned-legislator to gut the Open Records Act where it relates to the DPS and OHP.

I have been in EMS for 19 years. That ambulance did nothing wrong! That trooper has the OHP God syndrome that is pounded into their heads in school.
Ambulances are top heavy and you can not pull over on a dime. You also can not see out the back window, only the mirrors.
