Both these guys are doing some very important work. Mahler in particular is a great example of a forward thinking trainer. In this modern age of fat overweight couch potatoes and men losing all sense of themselves it's time for people to start speaking out and putting information out there about how bad a shape most have become and how they can get back on track.
