The police is going to an accident. A car drives into a cyclist. The 73 year old cyclist is nearly going to die!

@hazemvirus Actually i pay VED (vehicle tax) as i own a motorbike, and i pay general legislation taxes that go towards maintenance on the roads. I am insured, your just an idiot, shut up fuck off and dont reply back.

@hazemvirus Judging by the position of the victim, her bicycle and what the witness said, she was crossing on the cycling lane when someone turned into the road and hit her. It's often the case that the cyclist has the right-of-way in such a scenario. On the other hand, pensioners ussually aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer when it comes to paying attention. She might've not noticed the car being about to turn into the street.
