"Squelch the Weasel" performed by Ween in 1991 at The Wetlands in New York.

From a great show I found on Browntracker of Ween with the original lineup: Dean Ween, Gene Ween and a tape player. Shot with a Hi8 camcorder from the edge of the stage.

  • I fucking love ween!

  • Whoa, My Dog was sleeping, and he spontaneously started singing along with the guitar solo on this. It's like it spoke to him in a dream.

  • @frankovich213 fuck that dude, Gene has a bad-ass voice. If you don't like it...you don't gotta watch it too.

  • @frankovich213 implying that ween is even close to the outskirts of the boundaries of mainstream?

  • I wish Ween would come to my town!

  • Whoa! A man doing the goo goo singing voice. That's what I call it anyway, that voice that Bjork started and now everyone copies. Not ween but all the people that do it now.

It's weird though, cause it doesn't really take any skill to do it, it's just a weird voice that anyone can do that for some reason is now acceptable in the mainstream. Weird. It's a nice effect but to do it on every song like it's ur real voice...c'mon man.

  • so baked.

  • Beautiful.

  • WEAN ROUL!!!!

  • I love it when it's just these two just playing guitar together and singing. Strip backed and brown as all fuck!
