The cuticle oil used in this video is only for the demonstration on the model finger! When using the NailpopitUSA with your acrylic or gel system you should prepare the natural nail and use the proper primer/bonding agent that works for natural nail adhesion and the product you are using. The model fingers are for when you want to practice designs and don't have a model.
