Video of the Saar Light Rail Train that operates in both Germany and France.

This train does both regional commuter service as well as street level operation in Cities and Towns on Both sides
of the border.

It operates on 15,000 Volts AC on the Regional Train Lines and 750 volts DC as it transfers from Regular
railway lines to city streets and then it operates like a Tram.
