Perhaps you should learn big words that have more than 4 letters before trying to use them?
A "semicolon" ( ; ) is A mark of punctuation used to connect independent clauses.
Start w/ "latter" which means former. A 'ladder' on the other hand is structure consisting of 2 long sides crossed by parallel rungs,used to climb up and down. I believe that's what you meant?
