Prot Pally AoE Grinding Example

A Protection Spec'd paladin in WoW killing multiple mobs at once, with various instructions.

This video was made before 3.0, and as such, may not be a well suited guide for leveling anymore. Certain aspects still apply, and it's not terrible by any means.

2300-2400ish health, medium speed, though they can get faster when a foreman is around. They hit plate for about 45-50 damage, when you don't block it down of course.

They also drop tons of mageweave, so you can focus on your mana, and just bandage after every fight. You can also get Imperfect Draenethyst Fragments from them for free loot. I got about 7 when I was done here.

I'm level 49 in this video, and the mobs i'm fighting are found in the mine near Nethergarde Keep in Blasted Lands. They're all 47-48 and none of them run away.

It's a Horde only spot though, as these guys are friendly towards alliance.

And still you lack common knowledge about the game. AoE tanking you should never run out of mana because of the new Sanctuary mechanic.

My setup in Wotlk (I play private server) Is devotion Aura (Can use ret if you want) Righteous fury,Seal of Light, and Blessing of Sanc, In my talent tree i put reckoning with 3 points so most of the time ill get reckoning in a pull to heal me more, also i have improved righteuos fury so damage is reduced, also fill up redoubt and holy shield so you can have 60% chance to block so you get more mana, plus get a shield spike for more damage.

seal of light sucks ass...doesnt heal you for shit...seal of wisdom is more useful because even being attacked you have so much armor your heal casts can get pushed back but youll heal yourself for alot more than seal of light will...trust zoranith kael'thas is my prot pally...not the greatest gear but i lvled prot since 10 and was a AoE grinding son of a bitch when i was lvling..fyi been playing since vanilla wow...before BC was even thought of :)
