I will admit...I did go a little "overboard" on the betting...And, I do understand that the player AND DEALER has the same chance of getting bj and the player gets paid 1.5 to 1...However, I'm just saying that "in actual play" (at least for me), bj's DID NOT come that often & the DEALER WOULD HAVE BJ, too! Especially, when I made those HUGE bets! This is just my personal experience.

First of all, everyone knows u get paid 2:1 if u get a bj, but I'm saying when u bet bigger when the card count is hi...u can still lose cuz the dealer has the same chance as u & if u do get a bj, then consider urself very lucky! if you won 25.000 and lost everything the next day then you are verry stupid.

card counting works you dont win all the time but it gives you an edge.

He did not managed his money he won 25.000

and lost the next day,if i had won 25.000 i would play nex week or month and start with 5000 th next time.its all about control

This guy is completely wrong. Card counting works so long as you put in thousands of hours of practice and research and have a huge bankroll because you are going to take some hits.

This guy is a complete moron, just because you know how to count cards does not mean you know how to make your bets, which he had no idea about it, its like trading money 95% people lose because they dont know what they are doing, having money isnt everything

This guy does not know how to manage his bets obviously. If he was using Kelly criterion for his betting he would of avoided betting too much when the count was positive. He mentions the dealer has just as good a chance of getting blackjack when the count is high which is true but fails to understand that over a large number of hands where the player and dealer should split evenly the number of wins with blackjack that the player would have a net advantage due to the payoff 3:2 for his blackj

lets think about this a second, if you bet $1,000 a hand and you go back and forth with the dealer getting blackjacks, you get paid 2:1 while dealer only takes 1:1. If its ten hands you make 5 blackjack and the dealer gets 5 you made $2500 just from going back and forth. So whos the idiot now? the book writer or the math?

this guy is WRONG .... THE DEALER CAN HAVE 20 ETC... JUST LIKE YOU..... BUT WHAT HE DOESNT SAY IS THAT THE DEALER'S CHANCES OF BUSTING INCREASES... BIGTIME!! WHICH HE DOESNT SAY!.. EVERY BIT HELPS WHEN IT COMES TO PLAYING AGAINST THE HOUSE.... AND PLAYERS SHOULD USE CARD COUNTING TO THEIR ADAVANTAGE!
