  • BUUUUUUUUUUUNGLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Oh my GOD, Mike Patton rocks my world....I'd love to be his love slave!! XD

  • My God, I would fuck the shit out of him!

  • I think it's all a lot more complicated than Spruance being jealous of Patton's fame.

From what I hear (from a pretty close source)

it was just a huge, nasty ( and not to mention rather multi-faceted) personality clash. Don't know where this quote comes from; "Some members who have ego issues" and how all of them could have said it... As for the true genius thing- Mr Bungle was a collective. (mainly T, M and T with bits and pieces of Bar) Look at the writing credits and you'll realise this.

  • Furthermore, Trey said that "bungle had at least one more record left in them," but that he is not eager to be in a "band situation" with Mike Patton again.

Sounds to me like if you put all of this together, that Trey was pissed that all the fans and everyone worship Mike Patton when him and Trevor are the main writers. I can't say that I blame him, but he should have been able to give it time. Because we all know who the TRUE geniuses behind the band were.

  • "We could have probably squeezed out a couple more records but the collective personality of this group became so dysfunctional, this band was poisoned by one person's petty jealousy and insecurity, and it led us to a slow, unnatural death. And I'm at peace with that, because I know I tried all I could."

"It could happen, but I won't be singing. Some bridges have definitely been burned."

    - Mike Patton

  • Patton, Bar, Danny, and Trevor have all said they'd be willing to do it, but there are "Some members who have ego issues". They DID say that they are finished, because they don't want to go back to that shit, and the band is just done because it can't exist anymore. That leaves one person.

  • That is a ridiculous claim, most probably based on disinformation. Trey was one of the only ones who wanted to continue. It is Patton and Dunn that have said they are finished with that band. Please check your facts.

  • As much as I know that Spruance is a great writer, I also know that he is the MAIN reason that Mr. Bungle is no longer together, which makes me dislike him.
