My grandmother had a knee replacement so Aunt Kay and myself took a trip down there to visit and take care of her. This is some of the footage. I'm very sorry it is over 10 minutes, but it's very worth it!

Nana doesn't take any crap! Bless her heart.. her knee looks great! My mom had knee surgery on both knees twice .... the exercises were tough but she done them!

@sugarandlance Hooray!!!!!!! My hubby is having knee surgery this coming week. The goal is to prevent replacement surgery. It's amazing how much better docs are getting with that stuff. We're so lucky!
