  • @LibertarianEurope yes i agree. All vegetables, (except white potatoes), fruits, legumes, and whole grain quinoa, buckwheat, barley, and oats are superfoods. Especially eat your greens and berries.

  • @theologymattrz You can take only super foods carbs, and you also need fats and protein. Superfood diet is to say little.

  • @LibertarianEurope I thought Zone was gone. Look, just eat whole foods. Forget about proportions. when you eat salad, lets say, it's so low in calories you can eat mounds of it. It's intuitive. I remember reading the Zone years ago. It has some good things, but it's a diet. Eat superfoods, and you can't go wrong. Perricone is a superfoods diet.

  • @theologymattrz You can follow Zone only with your eyes and a hand, no calculating grams. Zone is simply a philosophy of balance

  • @LibertarianEurope Zone is a fad diet. Who wants to go thru life calculating propotions of fat, carb, and protein in a precise ratio???
