@loriv77 I think it's to get the bristles of the brush all coated with it, if she only picked up a tiny bit then only a tiny bit of the brush would have product on it too

love it that its straight up make up tutorial.. no extra chit chat (meant it in a good way) no fancy music. no fancy background wat so ever. the products looks amazing!!

@loriv77 I only know this as I am subbed to Lisa's main channel and have seen her do it a lot - to build up the tan bit by bit so that it doesn't go orange, putting 1st layer on,then back to her hand taking up some more and repeat until she's happy with colour,not a lot of product is wasted as it's from her hand not the jar. She also mixes it with her concealer so that there isn't a massive colour difference on blemishes - sorry its a long reply but thought it might help x
