Daigo beat Mago 21-9 or something in the arcade not long ago, so don't say there's nobody that compares.
Plus the Japanese players trade wins quite a lot, the level of competition is so high.
What you said was extremely stupid dude.

@lukemanv0 There is no top SF4 player among Japan's elite.. However, Momochi has come to be known as the best shoto user. He gains the upper hand on both Mago and Daigo. Iyo, Maeda, Kindevu, Shiro, and all others that use lesser known players, have beasted in tourneys as well. Iyo having the most godlike reflexes among all Japanese players.

Mago's the best. They should have brought him over. There's no one that compares. And if I remember right, he is #2 in BP, and Daigo once said he was better. That was a while ago though.

Props on the interviews guys. Been wanting to know more about these 2. Iyo is the man. Really love the attitude he and Daigo brought, truly professionals.
I have to say I'm a little jealous of them over in Japan...not only do they have the arcade scene that's booming over there, but playing online they probably get a lot of greenbar connections to each other thanks to geographic advantages. Since Japan is a lot more compact than the states, both online and arcade scenes likely flourish well.
Uberific,
Thats a good point. I was surprised when he was like "yeah playing online is cool"- I figured it would be the exact opposite. Now that you mention the geography aspect of it, it's probably just another way to get a couple matches in when hes not at the arcade.

I know #1 ranked Sagat player Mago plays on XBL along with some other Japanese top players.
