I was vacationing and was home at Pak Badol Kelantan for about a week and insisted that budu was on the table whenever we eat - be it breakfast (with nasi kerabu), lunch or dinner. I especially like the variety of ulams. Upon my returning to the USA, my physician diagnosed me with having gouts. But budu forever remains my favorites. Always had it served whenever I was in Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines!
