@burnoutnt I hear you! I was just watching TV and there was another chase this afternoon, but he drove to an area that has a no chase policy. I think he went to Miami Gardens??? Anyhow, they stopped the chase, so the news helicopter told the police where he went.
But ya! Think about a kid walking across the street, etc, etc, etc. DUMB! They always get caught... I do think they charge them with some felony when they do this for endangering the public, but someone may know about that.
