  • @trwent -- Business 40 had the same problem. We repeatedly reported a dim bulb. The bulb was replaced at least once, and still the light was no better. This summer, they replaced the SCREEN, and there is now an AMAZING difference. Try requesting that using my experience as reference. Good luck!

  • @spchcomm Thanks for that very useful piece of advise, Anna. I wouldn't intuitively think of its being a screen problem. Jan

  • @trwent HI There--good point. Have you reported your dim projector to computer services? Does the bulb need to be changed?

  • The problem with using this system is that it relies on the projector to work in whatever room you are lecturing in. Projectors are very unreliable--they break down and/or sometimes have problems syncing up with your computer. And in the room I am currently teaching in, the image from the projector is so dim that the various colors available in Windows Journal all basically look the same when projected onto the screen.
